- Proof of purchase is provided
Return Process

- We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization (if approved).
- Ship the item back to us using your preferred carrier.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in original condition. Digital products and custom items are non-refundable.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@byteforge.com with your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund it ASAP.
