At ByteForge, we work to ensure that every order is processed, dispatched, and delivered as efficiently as possible across Pakistan. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Once your order has been successfully placed, our team may verify and confirm the order through the contact information provided during checkout. Your order enters the processing and dispatch cycle after successful confirmation. Orders may be subject to verification before dispatch to ensure accurate customer and delivery information.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is handled by the respective courier service. Occasionally, shipments may experience delays due to: Weather, Road closures, Public holidays, High shipment volume, Operational issues, Incorrect or incomplete delivery information, Remote-area routing, or Unforeseen circumstances. ByteForge will provide reasonable assistance in tracking and resolving delivery-related issues.
6. Incorrect Delivery Info
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information during checkout. Please ensure that your: Full name, Phone number, Complete address, City, Area, and Relevant landmark are correct. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.
7. Receiving Your Order
Customers are advised to inspect the parcel and packaging upon delivery. If you notice significant external damage to the package, please document the condition and contact ByteForge Customer Support as soon as possible. For any product-related issue after receiving your order, please refer to our Return & Replacement Policy.
8. Shipping Communication
ByteForge may communicate order and shipping updates through: WhatsApp, Phone, Email, or Other contact information provided during checkout. Our primary method for sharing the courier tracking ID is WhatsApp.

If your shipment has exceeded the expected delivery timeframe or you need assistance tracking your order, contact our support team. Please provide your Order Number or Tracking ID.
Need your order urgently? ByteForge provides Express Delivery within Karachi, with eligible orders generally delivered within 3 hours of order confirmation. Our Express Delivery service is designed for customers who need their products quickly and conveniently.
Express Delivery Requirements
1. Full Advance Payment Required
Express Delivery is available only on fully prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for Express Delivery. Your order will be processed for Express Delivery once the full payment has been successfully confirmed.
2. Order Before 6:00 PM
For same-day Express Delivery, your order must be placed and payment confirmed before 6:00 PM. Orders placed after the 6:00 PM cutoff will generally be processed for Express Delivery on the next day.
Sunday Express Delivery
Express Delivery is often available on Sundays in Karachi as well. However, Sunday Express Delivery depends on courier availability, dispatch operations, customer location, and order volume. We recommend contacting our team to confirm availability before placing the order.
6:00 PM Cutoff Rules
Important Information
Express Delivery availability may depend on the customer's location within Karachi. Before placing an order, ensure that:
- The delivery address is correct.
- You are available to receive the order.
- Full advance payment has been completed.
- The order has been confirmed by ByteForge.
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or provides an incorrect/incomplete address, additional delivery arrangements may be required.
