Cooling Fan Return & Warranty Terms

By purchasing a cooling fan from us, the customer agrees to the following return and warranty terms:

Warranty Coverage

All internal components of the cooling fan, including the cooling module, charging jack, controls, and other electronic components, are covered by a 2-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

If the cooling fan is performing its primary cooling function properly but has an issue with any secondary feature or function, such issue must be reported and claimed within 7 days of delivery.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty will not apply in the following cases:

• Damage or burning caused by using a higher voltage/wattage power adapter or incompatible power source.
• Physical damage caused by the customer, including dropping, impact, mishandling, or accidental breakage.
• Water or liquid damage.
• Damage caused by improper use, unauthorized repair, modification, or external factors.
• Any issue determined by our technical department to be caused by customer misuse rather than a manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing Faults

If the product has a genuine manufacturing defect covered under the warranty, the customer will be eligible for a replacement after inspection and approval by our technical department.

Return & Replacement Process

To submit a warranty claim, simply contact our Support Team on WhatsApp. Our team will provide you with the return label and complete return instructions.

The customer must securely pack the product and drop it off at the nearest Leopards Courier office according to the provided instructions.

Once the returned product is received, our technical department will inspect and diagnose the product to determine the actual cause of the issue. If the claim is approved under our warranty terms, a replacement will be provided within 7 days after inspection and approval.

Replacement Only — No Cash Refund

Approved warranty claims are eligible for replacement only. Customers cannot request a cash refund or withdraw the product amount under a warranty claim.

The final decision regarding warranty eligibility will be based on the technical inspection and the cause of the reported damage.
